Good fight.. Sherman was game but he gassed.. That did him in, cardio is king especially in the HW division.. Sherman has a chin though.. Has heart, might have brain damage after this fight also? He took some shots..

Sakai mostly countered the sloppiness and predictability of Sherman's striking.

His kickboxing technique being cleaner and more efficient make it look easy.

No feints from Sherman. He does everything the same everytime with the same timing. I liked JacksonWink better when Greg Jackson mentioned concepts like "broken rhythm" which would appear to be a completely alien concept to many of their fighters today.

Turning 30 sucks but I remember and I thought at the time you know I'm still in my physical prime because of the NBA players that dominate at 30 years of age.. 40 really sucked though because I felt my body losing a step even though I was in shape.. 50 now today no big deal as my body is no different from when I was 40 so I'm good at 50 and feeling good about myself.. I really turned up the diet and working out though after 40.. Tough dating younger chicks now at 50 because they get on your nerves.... That's my take.. With age comes wisdom though..
