I might play real money next event but not sure. I'm cursed so if I bet them they automatically lose. I made ngannou lose.

It's a constant learning experience, but the first thing to learn is never to bet beyond your means so that times like these aren't devastating.

As always, my suggestion is decide on a bankroll, bet 1-2% of that bankroll per unit, and never bet more than 5 units on one play.

That's exactly how I felt in 2017 when I bet on a lot of people who performed before their level. I wondered if I cursed them.

I think a lot of fighters like Niko Price take their opponents lightly, do 50% training camps and underperform, while their opponents train as if it were a title fight. It has nothing to do with you and I.

Losing splits is one thing but losing a fight by takedowns and than losing the next fight where the judges forbid takedowns is about as painful as it gets. I know it is hard to do but i try to limit my fights where there is a very possibility a knockout happens to keep it out of these fuks hands. I think the fight i had Ross Pearson over Diego made me rethink this nonsense. I can't remember but i thought Ross won all three rounds and when i heard it was a split and one guy had it 30-27 i thought no way i lose. This judge was opposite of me every round.

Should've gone with my initial Jacare lean but watching Brunson against Silva I thought he was going to be more composed. Instead he rushed in for a knockout again.
Rewatch round one and than tell me if u honestly think Kish won that fight. I sure as hell didn't. Not sure how someone throwing sloppy punches and not hitting shit beats someone throwing nice solid punches and using way better movement and not just running away.

I said I could see 29-28. It was 30-27 that I didn't agree with, because I think Kish won round 2.

Kim was hitting cleaner in round 1 but unless a knockdown, I expected judges to go with activity, which I don't agree with.

Kish got robbed because u had money on it Jibby. Robbery is a flat out heist. This fight wasn't even close to a heist. Kim didn't even have a mark on her and KIsh was carrying back her nose after the third round.

some judges like activity and some don't. Some love takedowns and some don't. Unfortunately we have judges who love activity and takedowns on some Saturdays and than the other Saturdays they hate them kinda like a judge with an agenda.

I'd like to think I didn't have betting blinders on as I saw the fight differently.. I thought for sure Kish would get the decision when it went to the cards..

Off to a good start for 2018. I set a modest goal of +2.0u per card. Obviously it's early but if I don't get greedy I think that's a doable goal. Doesn't seem like much but if you can keep it rolling over the course of the year, that's a solid year.

Great start Shagy! Coincidentally, I'm up around 9-10 units too this month. A few things go our way that turns break-even cards to big winners.

Also worth noting that Kim and Chook were consensus picks with you and Hugo. So we are definitely on a roll with those.

It's good to be confident but I'm going to try hard not to be overconfident here and force bets and let-it-ride mentality.
