Yea I could've easily lost that bet. If Lazar was more aggro and tied Le up more, he would've won. But if he's timid, you gotta give the edge to Le and his explosiveness.

I think Le would've outgrappled Lazar if it went that way actually. In the clinch Le looks about 10 or 15 lbs bigger so advantage to Le there. Le has been training with Ryan Hall for the past few years and he's really embraced the grappling game, even entering into some competitions (there's one on Youtube where he loses by heelhook). Lazar was a pure boxer for a while. He spent a lot of energy in that clinch exchange in Rd 1 with nothing to show for it.
