If Nelson had a higher IQ then 50 this would be a walk in the park for him but we saw his IQ against HUnt. Nelson knocks out guys who are over the hill or guys who should never raise their hands in a boxers position. This is the type of guy he can beat if Mitrone knocked him out. Roys big punch is the overhand 20 second long punch that only clowns get hit with and im not so sure the Beast would get hit with it. So now u have a Nelson who could clinch and get a takedown and finish this clown or stand and bang with him with the chance of getting knocked out. No thanks. I hope Roy loses so i don't have to hear how he wants a title shot anymore but even if he gets knocked out i doubt it will be the end of it.

Nelson has continued to trend downward, even after his win against Rosholt. His foot speed has slowed. I think he's in trouble. Roy may still be able to dominate in the grappling department but he has continued to slow down and is now a huge target who can absorb tremendous punishment while loading up the bomb. I honestly believe black beast mauls him.

Matt Mitroine blitzed Beast at the very start of the fight and took advantage of him in a downed position landing bombs.. Very freakish... Shawn Jordan landed a funky kick and got beast out of there.. So both of those losses were funky as hell..

Now as far as Roy taking down Beast it just ain't happening.. Roy has at best average takedowns and only when he is fresh at the start of the fight.. Roy couldn't keep Mark Hunt down in their fight either.. Roy gasses fast and isn't taking down my Grandma after round 1..

Beast was taken down breifly by Gonzaga but scrambled back up, he can do the same with Roy if it happens early on in the fight.. Jared Rosholt the wrestler couldn't lay and pray on Beast and got knocked out for his efforts..

Roys only hope is the looping over hand right landing flush early on.. Could it happen maybe but I'm not betting on it.. I think Beast lands clean and drops Roy.. At worst and by miracle if this fight lasts I think Beast can out work Roy and win by decision.. Highly doubt this fight goes past the 2nd round though...

Nelson fights top top fighters.....that's also the only people to beat him...look at his fight history....he will make the proper adjustments...like he did vs Rosholt....and win

BB gets tired and taken down its over....personally I think BB is the one who has to win witin 2 minutes....

Beast gets on top it's over, he has some very sick ground and pound. He has solid TDD. I don't think Roy can take BB down and keep him there.Roys only chance in my mind is to go toe to toe with beast and either out work over the course of the fight or KO beast. If the fight goes into the deeper rounds and BBs cardio and TDD hold up I can see him putting on a striking clinc if Roy can stay awake from the massive power. Also I feel 1 poor shot by Nelson BB would be able to pound out Roy very easily. If beast somehow lands on top on one of Roys takedowns that get through it will be all over.

Yeah, I thought Nelson won even though I had money on BB. Still, I am glad they didn't reward the lay and pray and he out struck him 53-4 I believe. The judges are without a doubt unreliable, I have seen them reward take downs more often than strikes.
