Could be right Brooks but Condit will have to stop him with volume as he really doesn't have that one punch knock out power and besides that Alves can take a beating and keep on ticking.. I am envisioning this type of scenario myself, and I am gonna grab some Condit by Sub at +421. I could potentially see the fight going the distance, or a KO, but I like the value here with the 5 rounds and the gas-out factor.
I know Alves went 5 with GSP (as Jibbby pointed out), but that was way back in 2009, AND I would bet (@ -150) that if asked, Rocky would say that GSP is a phaget who is not a guy known for finishing his opponents.

For all you Thiago Alves backers.. A prop to consider is the KO prop as that seems to be his most likely pathway to victory.Gotta figure Alves isn't gonna win a decision or get a submission win against Condit either... It's gonna be a KO or bust IMO.. Alves packs a big punch but what scares me the most when betting on Condit are those powerful lower leg kicks that Alves throws.. If Alves starts landing his trade mark powerful leg kicks on that surgically repaired knee he could send Condit to a KO loss and back to the hospital.. I'm still on Condit as he moves pretty well on his toes and should absolutely pepper the shit out of shorter Alves round after round....

Counting on Condit to come in prepared. I feel okay that he won't be a slow starter because he always brings it and I think before his injury he was fighting at a very high level compared to Alves who is a clear step below what he used to be.
Looking for Lentz to lay n pray his way to a victory. Don't think he will be better on the feet, or even more dangerous on the ground. Just looking for him to defend subs and grind to a victory.
Jackson - same deal. Solid wrestling background, but more dangerous with subs of his own and more aggressive than Lentz. Hoping he is a bit hungrier for the win too.
Jimmo/Barroso - counting on Jimmo to get the KO, and if not then it's probably because he broke himself again. Either way, ends before a decision.
