Lines move both ways Ron so you never can be too sure for starters... Some you can figure out which way they are gonna move right from the very start. I will then place on those immediately if I'm confident with the pick even before capping all fights... The lines that hopefully don't move so much I will then try and wait til the very end or after weigh ins if I'm not 100% confident with the pick.....

I gotta say though it really depends on how confident I feel in the match up to begin with as the lines and value are secondary for me.. I lose out on value alot of the times just waiting and capping late.. Waiting for article reads to come out is also important to me.. I often get slaughtered with line value and everyone on this forum will tell you that.. I pay attention to that last..

I saw nothing out of the norm really with the weigh ins.... Barao did look ripped and very fit though, Patrick Cummins looked a bit small surprisingly standing side by side (that worries me a bit), Machida looks in good shape as well for him..
