I propose the format be a series of heads up capping matches lasting one UFC event each. The winner of each pairing continues along the bracket until the next UFC event, continuing until we reach a winner.

Pairing shall consist initially of known forum feuds, and then voted on selections for those without a feuding partner (or multiple).

Throw in any other suggestions.

Just make it mandatory that each bet requires one paragraph of reasoning attached and you'll insure yourself against any downside.
