Seeing a Cinco de mayo promo offer for up to 250% on a 1.5k deposit.

I'm very conflicted because I see the negative feedback on withdrawals and get concerned, but if I do i search on other books I've used for years with no issue I see a lot of similar issues that I never experienced.

I think that the fact that they take 40-50days to give payouts on small amounts (even 1k USD) ,combined with the fact that they give these crazy deposit bonuses should be alarming to you.

To me ,it seems very concerning atleast and it's preventing me from depositing in this shithole.

In December I went to make a wager and just hours before they had taken my balance out for inactivity.

Still don’t have it back and they just tell me they are looking into the matter. I completed the KYC nonsense n December.

I have been a customer for about 10 years (it’s been so long I don’t remember. It might be more than 10 years)

I never multiaccounted. I only bet from 2 different ips in the same zip code in all this time.

i never took a bonus.

i never did anything wrong. I am a losing bettor with them.

i am stuck a lot of btc to them through the years, but I went a time when I did not bet and literally the day I logged in to bet, they took my balance for inactivity.

i will keep figthting bc I never did anything wrong.

Hey all, new to the conversation but have been a Nitro user for far more than a decade. Hit Nitro for a very proper payout back in December (something like 150 mbtc) and was pleasently surprised at how quick I was paid out. This past week I deposited 2 mbtc and ran it up to 48 mbtc betting sports. Submitted a withdraw a few days ago, and would normally expect it to be paid out by now. Decided to search the internet and I’m seeing some horror stories—****. Will keep everyone posted here if my 48 mbtc gets paid out, but if it’s anything like what I’m seeing (people waiting weeks on end) I’ll have to spread the word on forums and unfortunately stop using the book I’ve been loyal to since day 1. Fingers crossed.

In the meantime if this goes poorly and I need a new book, any recommendations that are similar in nature to NB? I’m an American but I live in Turkey which complicates my options tremendously. Got this email last night from Nitro, weird but definitely positive? Sounds like I’ll get paid soon? The email:

Hope this email finds you well.

This communication is to inform you that during the final steps of the process, there was a communication error and your request was rejected, our sincere apologies about that. Please send a new request, so our team can work on it and approve it; kindly inform us once the request is placed so I can let our payment manager about it.

Update, Nitro’s “error” was just a reason to point to another delay. Then it was labor day, now the day after labor day evidently means there’s a change of schedule so none of the payment processing team is available, and then it’s the weekend. I’m told the process will resume on Monday—-sounds like the “process” is just coming up with a new excuse. Funnily enough I had plenty of withdraws processed on weekends as recent as December 2024. Hopefully all is legit and I’ll receive my 48 mbtc on Monday, but only time will tell. I want to believe in NB due to my long history with them going back to 2014, but this all feels so off. Fingers crossed, and would love to hear if anyone else is currently waiting a week plus to be paid out.

People have been waiting 45+ days for even 1.5k USD payouts , so based on that make your own assumptions.
This site appears to be a disaster and this is preventing me personally from depositing and giving them an honest try as a sportsbook.

The thing is that I’ve been with Nitro for over a decade as a losing player, and always received excellent CS and prompt payouts. I’m even fine with waiting a week for a larger amount like 48 mbtc, but a month is incredibly disheartening and would of course lead me to never use Nitro again. Would love to get updates from those still waiting. Do you think all of these delays means they are officially belly up? Surely they won’t just shut down one day and stiff everyone right? Or will they just ramp up offers and squeeze as much as they can before they disappear? I’d like to think their long standing history as a platform means something, but this isn’t the Nitro that I’ve come to know over the years. Praying Andrew can make it happen for me on Monday, but jeez I can’t even imagine 45 days. Can those who were waiting confirm they have or haven’t gotten paid?
