#72Imagine a simple situation for a new client.
1. The new client has read the rules of Nitrogensports. He doesn't see his country in restricted.
2. The new client is looking for information about restrictions.
https://www.legitgamblingsites.com/nitrogen-sports/ No country restrictions
https://www.gamblingsitefinder.com/c...-restrictions/ No country restrictions
https://sportsbookaudit.com/nitrogen-sports-review/ No country restrictions
https://cryptomaniaks.com/nitrogensports-review Сhoose country, his country is available
https://oddspedia.com/bookmakers/nitrogen-sports players are accepted from his country
3. New client asks Nitrogensports support about restrictions.
The new client doesn't see his country in the restricted list.
The new client registers and uses Nitrogensports.
Where is the fault?
I know exactly that fair book does not steal its clients' funds in this way.
Nitrogensports should be blacklistedLast edited by amid; 05-11-22, 06:47 AM.Comment -

#73I use nitrogen at times - this is pure theft. If he is playing from a restricted country/using a VPN close the account out and send remaining funds... its simple otherwise its theft.Comment -

#75The other thing is that you knew that it was illegal to play at Nitrogen. It's not as if you were unaware of what you were doing. Then you are blaming SBR. They never said you could play from Belarus.Last edited by raiders72001; 05-11-22, 06:51 AM.Comment -

#77where did you tell Nitrogen that you are from Belarus? It's a credibility issue. You keep saying that you told Nitrogen your country but haven't posted anything saying that.
Going off topic here but what are your thoughts about what's happening in Ukraine?Last edited by raiders72001; 05-11-22, 07:04 AM.Comment -

#78I'm not a mediator so you don't have to show me anything. I'm just saying that you would get more forum support if you told Nitrogen that you are from Belarus. You should post that if that's the case.

I can only log into my Nitrogensports account through a VPN. The Nitrogensports website is not available for direct access from my IP address.
I don't have a Nitrobetting account. The Nitrobetting website is available for direct access from my IP address.Last edited by amid; 05-11-22, 12:48 PM.Comment -

They have known about my country since 2017. Now they talk to me that my country is restricted.
For new players they don't talk that my country is restricted.

But with Belarus subject to international sanctions and both their main banks blocked it may be illegal/dangerous to even try to ignore those and send money for Nitro.
Also, hard to know exactly what has happened in the last 5 years since he discussed it with their CS in that screenshot.
I suspect there is more to the story than the OP is sharing as Nitro are not know to do this to other people very often (at all?).Comment -

#87Sanctions affect bank wires, ACHs and check deposits with the target banks. Nitro is BTC only. There are no sanctions on BTC transactions, and if there were, there would be no way to enforce it.Comment -

You can invite an employee Nitrogensports here if you think I'm hiding something. There is no reason to steal the client's money in this way.
You are looking for reasons to justify stealing instead of helping.Comment -

Any sanctions are not a reason for outright theft of funds from the account.
I can change the country of residence in the future. Why did they take money from the client's account?Comment -

#90Hearing more and more negative reports on Nitrogen Sports from some betting groups I'm in. I'd suggest people be very careful while playing/betting with them going forward.
I can't validate or confirm any claims but it does seem like Nitrogen may have fallen off quite a bit- possibly even more now with the recent crypto downfall.
Nitrogen was once a book I'd suggest highly to people. They had a great affiliate system, too.Comment -

#91Nitrogensports only told me on the tickets that my country is restricted. I think they were looking for an excuse to steal funds.
When I asked via email, they replied that my country is not on the restricted list.
What is it?
It is a good trap for all players from my country.I'm shocked.
I didn't break the rules. There is no information that my country is still restricted. I have reported my country and my IP address to Nitrogensports several times in the past. Would I do this if I knew that my country had restrictions? I'm not a complete idiot.
Everyone can request a list of restricted countries from Nitrogensports and post screenshot here.
They can close my account, but they must return all funds before that.
SBR doesn't help.
Isn't it black list?
Isn't it a scam?Comment -

#92I tried a couple of times but I got this back from you, for daring to waste my time double checking their rules for you.
Also not really warm toward anyone who starts out saying that their problem is SBR's fault so I have to fix it for you.
So yeah, I don't care much to help you myself, and SBR does not mediate with or rate offshore books anymore, and I think you will find Nitro on the avoid sites list as unrated already.
I notice you edited the post where you showed that Nitro asked you to use a different IP and withdraw, so your account was not blocked at that time.
So you are also leaving parts of your story out and I don't want to stick my neck out for someone I don't believe.
These are all reasons you are not getting your way. Not all SBRs fault..Comment -

I was ready to send you all tickets, transactions, bets. It is very large volume to post all here. Obviously, I posted the most important.
I edited many posts because my English is not perfect.
I didn't write that my account was blocked. I logged in very often through VPN. So I check if I can login or not. I took some screenshots and posted it here.
You didn't reply me in PM, unfortunately. I'm sure your post would be meaningless if answered.Comment -

I repeat to you for the third time.
Show me at least one source where my country is restricted or shut your mouth, please.
I can register right now at nitrobetting.eu. They replied by email that my country is not on the restricted list.
You can ask them and post a screenshot here.
I am sure you are not capable of it.Comment -

#103I answered you.
I have used many books like pinnacle, willhill, bet365 and others. No problems.
According to Belarussian law you are required to pay tax if your bank account receives money from another country. It is legal.
You are looking for reasons to justify stealing.
I quote
"If NitrogenSports knows that it is illegal to bet in Belarus (so they can refuse refunding this player his deposit), why don't they block Belarus IPs? Why don't they list Belarus as a restricted country? Why do they accept deposits from an IP in Belarus?
Do you really expect players to 1. read fine print on Nitrogen's T&C, and 2. research legality in their own country, when every other book in the world figures out #2 and enforces it before their first login if it matters to them? Are you high?"Comment -

#105Is Nitro legally operating in the US? No. Every State in the US requires any operator to be licensed there.
If you're playing at Nitro from the US, you are breaking their rules, and they can seize your winnings and balance. It's a classic "gotcha" rule that no one expects.Comment
