It’s Ethereum time to shine. Was honestly surprised to see BTC make ATH was expected another week of consolidation bu I think the whales wanted a quick buck on stimulus speculation. Anyway I think we bounce 57-61k before the boner candle to 70k.

anyone heard of Ocean?

Russia tried in 2015 - causing even more money to flee that collapsing country. They put forth a few more bills last September.

India could be an interesting test case though. Have a feeling other countries are watching them to see how it plays out.

That was the third stimulus package and there is zero chance there will be any more.

The article on India banning crypto, cited an anonymous source and just last week the Financial Minister said they were not banning crypto.

Apparently 1B in BTC was moved internally at Gemini and was interpreted as it being moved to Gemini from cold storage.

The amount of FUD news that has been circulating, makes me think institutional investers want to prolong the inevitable price increase so they can get "theirs" at a lower price.

I think we are about to go vertical.

But we all know that nobody knows for sure.

Whoops I forgot people go by word for word around here to try to prove people wrong or something when u know damn well i meant the first stimulus of this year 2021. And zero chance of another seems like a big word when a big chunk of this first stimulus for 2021 was on wasted stuff.

India has been saying this crap for years now. I think in the past month literally it was changing tune each week about a ban, then no ban, to now another ban. I’m staying the course no matter what, gl to whoever believes these crooks.

IE, if current price is ~ 56,000...which of the two is more likely to touch next?

*52,000?

Surely, the fair odds would skew to the high side. Would u offer me +100/+100 on either of those prices?

Surely the fair market price would be closer to 60k (-150) vs 52k (+150).

My gut keep thinking it has to drop. It went up only because of Tesla loading up.

So to go up, doesn’t it need more people fiunding it?

Also IF I decide to put more in should I put at different times or just put all I’m willing in invest at one shot and just forget?

Tesla isn’t the only one. From what Ive seen most companies that made there first big purchase has made more, like Square just bought triple what they started with like a week or so ago and others were adding more from what they had. Blackrock said they started to dabble which means they started buying. It’s all going to come out very soon who’s buying cause they have a certain time for how long they have to wait, u know places started buying already but wont come out until the day they have too which i think is a few months from the date they start. It’s a bull market we are in and its prolly going to last all year from what history has shown to be pretty accurate, prolly the craziest bull market of them yet, these drops or dips change nothing and is better than going straight up even though we may not like it.

Why? That's a good question. I think the answer is that I've read enuf to feel like there's more Buy pressure than Sell pressure.

See my previous comments about the # of actively-traded BtC drying up. Volatile asset, for sure. But there are more people that want to get in.

My opinion is that small corrections create a chance to re-buy. Someone smarter than me may have better answer on what drives the price. See today's video from George (CryptosRUs) on youtube, he has some info.

Of course everyone here wants the price to go up because they are heavily invested in it.

Most signs seem to indicate we're in the middle of another massive bull run but the top could be 100k or 250k or 100 million (or it could already be in

).

No one really knows for certain. Although if you remember last year when btc cratered to 4k I was the only one in this thread saying it would hit an ATH that year and subsequently when it did, I said it's going to 100k (but hey who's counting

)

This last bull run to 60k was mostly tether-driven so not that surprising it dropped 10% in a day

When spot lags behind derivatives, that's usually a good indicator that the pump is not sustainable

Who knows how far it will keep dropping....Could go down(chances are up most likely). But I see nothing showing me its going to slows down anytime soon, unless someone can help me on that? It only went down 5% so far and u guys know how much it can go either way, maybe the dips will start to get less who knows. Enjoy this while we have it!!!!

What were the odds 4 months ago that anybody thought BT-C price would even be over $30 grand?! 500 to 1?

It is the greatest thing on earth when something is twice as high as you ever dreamed it would be,

and then some people start saying it is "dropping" when it only falls a few thou from its All time high!

The 50|25/25 can get real confusing. Little risky but could be highly profitable.

May just dump in my bitcoin wallet and let it sit till I understand where to put the 2 25% amounts.

If you read the posts in this thread (and the 2020 thread), a lot sentiment that is anti-USD based on the currency printing. Really, just looking for alternative investments that will maintain purchasing power at a rate > inflation.
