Anyone else having problems loading money from wallet to BitPay card? I sent 2 separate transactions to the card but both were sent back to my wallet within a few minutes

i just loaded my card literallry 10 min ago,from my airbitz wallet.

instead of copying and paste ,i just used the airbitz camera and did the qr code scan.
