Who Offers Better Bitcoin Rates: Premium Tradings vs Asian Connect

Hi I'm wondering who consistently offers better bitcoin exchange rates between premium tradings and asian connect? Does anyone have experience with both? Or are they generally the same?

If anyone knows the general premium for either that would be very helpful. I heard pt was 5% higher than the market price?

Both used to charge a premium, inwards and outwards.

Not sure about Premium Tradings these days but AC88 dropped their bitcoin premium more than a year ago and their rates are on market avg now.
