I have a related issue where I got a bitcoin address, the money was sent (and 100+ confirmations), but it still hasn't been added to my account. LiveChat said there's a delay on processing bitcoin deposits, but it's been almost a full day and if you trace the blockchain they sent the money elsewhere already.

I am having the exact same issue....sent 24 hours ago and confirmed 150 times, my book says they have no record of it and I have not been credited.

258 confirmations, almost 2 days of being confirmed and still not processed. Live chat just gives the generic "we are having delays processing transactions right now"

Was told they use a 3rd party to process btc and there system is down and they have to manually do each transaction, does this not contradict btc whole point of A to B y is there a c I just don't get it I could have made more just letting coins sit in my account rather than be in �� space lol but with a straight face ��

Same issue with Bovada. I wonder if they use the same processor? Deposit with 88 confirmations not credited to account.

I got 60 confirmations sending from Coinbase to 5d and still nothing credited to my account.

Every other time I've deposited with BTC it's takes at most an hour to show up.

They are definitely having problems because 2 nights ago I tried to generate a BTC address to deposit too and it gave me an error. Then last night I was able to get the address, sent it to them, and now the delay.

I agree I'm going to have to a p2p deposit now just to insure I get action tonight which sucks

They won't refund they will send you to the btc company, who won't refund since the funds are gone and confirmed.

account just credited with btc deposit with delay just under 24 hours and I lost maybe 11 bucks on delay
but glad the fiasco is over, hope everyone else gets their deposits and withdrawals done ✅

I agree. I switched back to P2P because it's actually quicker. It seems 1 out of every 5 Bitcoin transactions has something go wrong with it. At least with P2P you can call an 800 number and get it fixed. Good luck fixing a Bitcoin transaction.

Day-um, and that's to 5dimes? What wallet did you send it from? Do you mind if I take a look at its hash?

If you used blockchain.info's wallet, to get to the pg w/ the fees, click: "transactions", then on the list, click the little right facing arrow guy to the left of the transaction, then click the arrow pointing to the upper right called "verify on blockchain." you can either post a link to that pg, or if you prefer privacy, the number you want to look for is "fee per byte."
