Nitrogensports.eu hasn't credited my deposit please HELP

    Nitrogensports.eu hasn't credited my deposit please HELP
    Hello All,

    For those of you who use nitrogensports you know once you make a deposit its pretty instant that they credit you right away. However for me its been about 2 hours now and nothing.

    My steps to make the deposit was standard and simple
    1. Request an address from nitrogen
    2. send to that address from my wallet.

    I have proof that everything was done correctly on my end but when I open a ticket up with them they seem to give me the run around. Can anyone help me with this?

    How many confirmations are shown for the transaction?

    Did you send to them from a Blockchain wallet or something else?

      sent them from my localbitcoins wallet. 16 confirmations now...

        Hmmm. Not sure there is much can be done but waiting for Nitrogen in that case.

        When you say the 'run around'... are they telling you anything about why the delay? Did you send them a link to the transaction if they are questioning if they see it?

          They first told me that they can't see that the wallet address I was given was associated with my account (thank goodness i took a screenshot of the cashier page showing that wallet address) which made me frustrated. i showed them the link to the transaction and sent them the screenshot of their website showing the address for me to send to. They just recently replied saying they sent it to their tech team for review and will take 24 hours. I am just worried and mad as hell cause I was going to use those coins to make some bets that eventually won. So really due to a screw up on their site it cost me a lot of eventual made money.

                That's frustrating.

                Sounds like you have done all you can though.

                If they don't get it sorted out for you as promised fill out a complaint form and SBR can reach out to them for you.
