well, i think that the cardinals have no pen, so they will have to jump on demptster early, and i think they will
i firmyl believe carpy is a top pitcher, or was, and he seems to be good now that he is back
this is by no means a lock, but i think its good value
of course the cards have no pen but i will take a dog with no pen, not a favorite with no pen

i'm big on intangibles somtimes..and this game is one of them,.,
a good team like the cubs at home bounces back after a humilating loss like yesterdays more often then not... i've even seen impressive stats to back this up. In front of the home crowd a good team like the cubs doesn't let a dihvision rival win a series either... especially on sunday night nation wide baseball...
that being said, I am on the cubs, but for whatever reason dempster still hasn't made a beleiver of me... I know he is a stud at home..but still I feel he is gonna fade bigtime down the stretch...
