I like the Cubs tomorrow against the White Sox. Maddux always pitches well against the White Sox and Buehrle has been getting hit hard lately. My play is the Cubs +147 for 3 units.

My next play is the Pirates. Since starting off slow Duke has bounced back very well. He's going deeper into ballgames which will give the Pirates pen a bit of a break. I also like the fact that their bats have come alive over the past few games. If you scratch their last two wins against the Royals the Indians have really been struggling. My play is Pittsburgh +156 for 3 units.

Since Illusion is throwing some dogs out, here's one I will be playing:

KC - The Royals are 0-10 against LH starting pitchers. They are 2-20 on the road. So, when are they playable? At home against RH pitchers. They are 8-4, +9 units at home against RH starters, averaging close to 6 runs per game. Granted, Carpenter isn't an ordinary pitcher, but he was very hittable last time out, and I'll take my chances catching better than 2-1.

Randy Johnson is quickly becoming everybodies favorite fade, but I think he will bounce back for the Subway series. Gonzalez is only making his second start and I think the Yankees will jump all over him. I am playing the Yankees -133 for 3 units.

I don't like interleague bases either, so I guess I'll look into Braves/D-Backs, lol.

Melky Cabrera just got intentionally walked for the only time in his career. The Yankees lead 4-0 after a half inning.

3 outs - A-Rod trying to turn a single into a double, Jorge groundout, and Unit striking out before he even throws a pitch.

Randy now has a coach visiting the mound without getting a single out.

Well, 4-3 through 1. Randy gets John Juanda, err, Kaz Matsui to line out to end the inning. We might need about 10 runs here.

I want to take Dallas so bad!!! Spurs barely beat
the Mavs @ San Antonio and if Dallas expects
to win this series they know they have to win
this game. Winner of the game tonight wins the
series. Spurs haven't been eliminated at home in
13 years. IT IS A MUST WIN FOR DALLAS!!!

What a nice rally from the Cards.....9-5 from 0-5...it's not Carp's night at all, but the bats are saving him....

Redman is one of the worst pitchers in the league...

Without Terry, It seems as a clear San Antonio win for me...we'll see...My bro is on it with very high stakes, so we already had a few beers here before the game....

Weren't you surprised at the price of -135ish for Randy against Gonzalez? Don't blame anyone at taking him at that price against a no-hoper. Having said that, I'm always drawn to the over when Randy's on the mound.
