Think I'll go home and drown my disappointment in a couple of dirty martini's

Also, if the season ended today, looks like only 1 team from the SBR Bulls would make it (TEQUILLA SLAMMERS). That's what it shows in the Yahoo Playoffs bracket section.

Only one team from the NL East made the NL Playoffs last year. Does that mean they were a weaker division than the NL Central that had two teams?

I'm not saying it's a weaker division, just pointing out that fact, because I thought the format was only 4 playoff teams (The top 2 in each division).

nice to have the top two hitters...and sad I dropped Papelbon early in the season when I had a feeling he'd be the closer..

Ah, ok. I'm just a bit defensive today after run-ins with a couple of Little League parents this weekend. I apologize.

Two division winners get in, followed by the next four best records overall.

My SS Hanley Ramirez gets injured and Shawn Chacon gets himself released after tonight's performance.
