Atlanta's whole team should be moved to AAA. They are in for a horrible season. They have absolute chumps at the plate. Uggla is a chump. Freddie Freeman = CHUMP. They have 3-4 decent batters with no real HR threat.

If they are going to send down bats to AAA..... who are they going to bring up?

Their pitching staff will win/keep them in a lot of games. They haven't been scoring runs for the last 5 years. I don't know where you've been. Nothing new here. They have a lineup full of streaky hitters. Uggla, Heyward, McCann, Gonzalez, McLouth.

Pretty much Prado and Chipper are the only two guys that are consistent. That's why they can put up 11 runs one game, shut out the next. Over the long haul, they are a very average lineup, and will produce like one.

not a team in history that is even remotely worth a flip that i bet on and they lose. if they lose and i bet on them, double dose, they suck. if not they are cool. no other scenarios period.

you said team... I assumed that hitting the ball would account for roughly 1/2 of the team.

The only lineup change is Freeman for Derrek Lee, and Uggla for Omar Infante.

Freeman is only 21 years old. Not too many players at that age are even in the big leagues at that point, let alone tearing the ball off the cover. 3.5 games into the season, I think he can get a pass. Not like they were losing a ton of production from Lee, he had a very very average year last year. (.260, 18, 80) Uggla has and will provide more pop out of the middle infield spot. Won't bad for a high BA and will strike out a lot, but will hit 25-30 homers.

This team won the wild card last year, with the only defectors from the team being Wagner, Lee, Infante, Dunn. I think they'll be fine

Dan Uggla is the epitome of streaky:

                                          April - .295, 5 hr, 14 rbi, 17 K
                                          May - .245, 7 hr, 17 rbi, 33 K
                                          June - .257, 3 hr, 15 rbi, 26 K
                                          July - .316, 8 hr, 19 rbi, 23 K
                                          Aug - .318, 6 hr, 18 rbi, 25 K
                                          Sept - .284, 3 hr, 18 rbi, 20 K

                                          1/3 of the season hitting under .260, 1/3 season over .316, 1/3 season between .280 and .300

But seriously? is this your first season watching baseball? Did you not watch one game the Braves played last year? How can you even pretend to be shocked they are struggling offensively on the road?
