I am hoping, along with Alou and Sabean, that Schmidt can come back. He not only has to recover from his injuries physically but mentally as well. A 5 point ERA can devastate you mentally and I hope that he, for the Giants sake, can see himself as the hard thrower that he is. However, this being his tenth year, maybe its good that he got hurt in away so that he can develop into a pitcher with more than just a blow by fastball, and if he can't he could be a premo fade again this year
