Betting on ST baseball is like betting on how many times I have to stop between here and Houston so the wife can use the powder room - if I don't see how much coffee she drank before we got in the car, it's hard to judge if it's going to be twice or 100 times

lol thanks. This is my first time ever betting spring training...so I don't know...still afraid to lay anything big on exhibition games.

the Royals need to come around! I thought they'd be the play of the day! but it is still early. teams can easily score 6 runs in 2 innings.

usually it's 10 innings. there's no set rule..it's at the discretion of both teams managers and the number of players they have available.

Just to clarify for me & img, what exactly does hitting 65% mean in this case (betting MLB). Baseball is essentially moneyline betting. What I mean for example is, if you bet on the Yankees every game, you'd win over 60% of the time (assuming at least a 100 win season for them) but you'd lose money because their moneylines are so high.

So a straight winning percentage means nothing in MLB, unlike betting pointspreads in other sports usually around -110.

I do hope you (and all of us) kick some tail this MLB season. I just wanted to point this out to img, since he says he is new to baseball betting.

Last year I picked out the dogs for the day's game usually. I'm not a big fan at all really on heavy favorites, hardly any value in it(unless I just know for sure it'll be a blowout) so usually the games I'll be playing will have a + in front of them. 65% of games if more 15% additional to how much i bet rather than the number of games I win. ...I kinda just threw that number out there. but yeah..when I'm on an underdog...I'm usually pretty confident with it.

My favorite team is the Dodgers. They play like 3 mins
away from where I live. You Illusion and BBD seem
to have the same opinion.
