Why is Houston/Cincy essentially a pickem?

Cincy at home with Cueto on the mound. I know they clinched the postseason but this game is essentially a pick em? Both pitchers have similar ERAs but Cueto is 12-6 whereas Figueroa is 5-4.

The same was said about St. Louis Cardinals lineup today and they won however against the Pirates. But do lineups really matter? I seen horrible lineups yet that team still wins.
