I've never understood why teams neglect their bullpens.

It's like not having a kicker in football. Inexcusable.

They don't neglect the pen. The problem is bullpen pitchers are inconsistent from year to year.

That said here's my top 3
1 - Arizona
2 - Cleveland
3 - LA Angels

Has to be the Dbacks. And now they are interested in picking up Dontrelle Willis. Maybe they were thinking of a way to increase their team ERA even more.

Marlins with ease...until pinto(on dl...THANK GOD) and badenhop(sent to AAA) are totally gone it'll blow even more.....starters HAVE TO GO atleast 8 to have any shot as only sanches and nunez are anything considered to be reliable pen has cost us ATLEAST 10 games this year

Don't forget Hensley. But yeah, Marlins bullpen is awful. Pinto should be released ASAP and replaced by one of the manatees.
