Kyle Lohse is awful, down right awful. Just for that reason Houston is worth it just as much as they were tonight. Tonight you had "has been" Penny against Cole Hamels, Hamels is decent, Penny has had some terrible games, too many to count in his past, so tons of value in that play. Wednesday Houston has Wandy Rodriguez , not having a good year so far, but has been good in the past. At plus 165 for Wednesday Houston is worth a shot.

Dave Duncan has revived Penny's career. He has been solid all year. Wandy is terrible on the road. STL had 2 errors in the 7th that cost them those runs. That won't happen tomorrow. STL wins easy.
