Lackey better have his control in tact as he pitched well against the Twinkies but walked a lot of guys, TB owns the sox on the base pads so walks will lead to runs

it was raining pretty badly in that minnesota game i think that messed up his control more than anything. that being said it's been pretty ****ing wet at fenway the past couple days, too.

i feel ya, baseball the only sport were it is almost impossible for me to bet against my team, usually either cards, pass, or play total....wish it wasnt like that and actually enjoy fading the rams but cant do it with the cardinals

Lackey's 9-2 with a 3.07 ERA career vs. TB.

The control problems have been an aberration. He only walks about 40-45 guys per year typically.

i know this my friend...far as the 9-2 i would say he was playing on a better team than he is now (at the moment anyway, while TB is probably better right now than they were for most the other games)...im not saying sox dont win, i just refuse to pay that big a price for a team that has lost 4 in a row and has not been playing well at all only winning 1 series and that was against fukkin kc

no clue about the weather report, i know sundays game looked pretty clear towards the end. tampa just "gets up" for the red sox, more than any other team I'd say. They just play us tough and are no longer afraid of us on the road.
