#42248Game won't end a tie, and I don't see either team scoring less than 3. Not sure who wins, but I like the over.Comment -

#42251just something to remember .... last time Kershaw pitched against the Giants he shut them down for 7 innings before being ejected ... he was a ground ball machine that game.Comment -

Cain's last appearance againts LAD he threw 5, 4 er, 7 h, 6 k, 3 bb, 105 pitches.
Kershaw's good, but he'll get scored on.Comment -

#42257Absolutely right MT...logic never gets it in bases. Im a huge numbers guy, studied numerology during my engineering career and it just doesnt work in baseball for the most part...
Best thing for bases is money management and instinct...
this is why this game is so up in the air:
Cain, granted, is 0-8 against dodgers, however, is a VERY streaky pitcher...last 20 have been LLL WW LLL WWWW LLLLL WWW
He is currently on a 3 game winning streak with a decent run differential cashing the RL everyone of the last 3 games.
Also, SF as a team is a very streaky team, raking wins in bunches... their last ten: L WW L WWWW L WW L WW
Dodgers, on the other hand, are on a 4 game losing streak. Since they came back from break their bats have been ICE, with a max of 5 runs 2 of the last 10 games. Kershaw, on a week break, i dont think is the most positive of things... arm is rested, but i dont know about what groove he is in...
So, intuition here, Dodgers keep losing, and SF keeps winning. In fact i would say fade dodgers the next 5 or 6 games.
BOL to everyone on this...good to see ppl on both sides of the ball, but im with MT...SF, no questions asked...at a great price at homeComment -

for a guy who plays a chase system on overs, today has not been good...so I have no SOLID edge...6.5 is awfully low though...could kill that easily.
One thing to think about, how about FF OVER 3.5(even)
I look at it this way..and it might seem over simplistic... with a number this low, pitchers need to come out and pitch a GREAT game for a game to stay under 3 runs in 5 innings...its a coin flip, and at even odds, im considering it myself.Comment -
