The reason for a large glass of water.. the body feels..hung over due to the alcohol dries it out if you are able to drink as much water before you hit the sack your ability to recover is much greater...the salt trick is just that it keep the water in your body.. water retention .. ok enough of the science of Drinking..

The USA defense blows...I'd rather set my money on fire than bet on them against England. Don't get me wrong I'll be routing for them but they will not win because our defense is sketch and we can't outscore England.

England still has better quality. Also, either of Carragher or King will replace Ferdinand, and both are equally good, if not better.
