I have had great luck with using Accuscore on games that are a big mismatch like today. Probably have won 9 out of my last 10 RL bets using them as a predictor.

Wow, that's not bad. If you play today's game, though, I'd quit while you're ahead. I don't trust anything that Accuscore gives out anymore.

I have seen good cappers who lost their ability to cap anymore because they kept second guessing themselves because of line moves. It's one of those things to look at to see if an injury or something came up but I think you can drive yourself crazy overanalyzing it.

I was thinking that if you miss betting one of the Rev's series on the A bet....or if you have just taken a pounding on your bets...you could always just take the Rev's B bet and play it as your A bet and if then do the same thing with the C bets...use them as your B bets...of course you will only usually be betting 2 games in a three game series...but the chances of a win are increased since you have one loss out of the way when you start (assuming you still believe your pick will not get swept.)

Or if you want to play more conservative ...only use the above method until you build your bankroll back up to where you want it to be...

Just a thought.

g. I'm not so sure about rlm in baseball. It doesn't seem to have the same affect as it does in sports such as football and basketball where it definietly is a factor. I don't really look at line movement to much in baseball besides the opening odds and what happens within the first few hours of thr opening lines. That seems to be a better gauge.

went ahead and placed a B-bet on the Yankees earlier and was yelling at the screen the last inning.. bet won, but I almost got the impression Wigginton had bet on the -1 RL too..

Two questionable fielding plays in the 8th and then a nice little flyball for Swisher to handle for the final out with two on base..

I Scored on the Yankees RunLine at -1 1/2, unfortunately I also went greedy and took them at -2 1/2. Woulda hit if the Bullpen didn't give up the 2 Homers in the 9th.

But the problem is that their percentages change each year. They're good in one type of bets one year and then they're terrible the next. They're not even close to consistent, and that's what you need if you're going to pay for picks. All I'm saying is don't plan on using them long term and making money, a monkey tossing darts can have good percentages in certain situations.

Accuscore is free. Dont pay for it. You dont need all that other BullSheet that comes with it. And for MLB, there is a system for picking a series winner just like all the others. One play a day...stress free.

And as mentioned, as well, I have used %'s on CBB and NFL, but there are better systems for those sports. I only use it for MLB. Baseball is a statistical sport perfect for simulation probabilities...which Accuscore is based on.

And tell me about those monkey's. We are full of 'em here in LV and they are getting $19.99 a play. Go figure!!!

OK...my last post on the subject cause I know this will go on and on and on...so, oh and the MLB Accuscore system play for today already won (A) and to date; ML 14-0 and RL 14-0 since opening day. Last 17 days...only 1 C bet.

But this is Rev's 2010 MLB thread and his plays are $$. Thanks Rev!!! Come on CHC and LAD.
