Can't imagine management gonna add to this team at this point. Their shining moment was over at the asb. With cards playing well I just don't see milw keeping pace w 2 teams.

Far as why tigers would trade him why not? I'm sure he making good chunk of change and really no reason for det to be paying vets at this point, and they have a bunch w healthy contracts.

Yeah i agree, its unclear which team claimed Kinsler, but it couldve been simply a move to block another another team from acquiring him. He is under contract till 18 and looks like he ll be staying put.

Kinsler is on the back nine of a brilliant career, you can see hit bat has lost a little speed, he's 35 now.
Trying to think of how many second basemen were all around better than Kinsler in the past decade.
Pedroia is one, but not that much better.
All's he's done the past ten years, I think this is 12th was steal double digit bases every year, hit double digit homers every year, score 100 runs and play rock steady second base.
If Pedroia is going to be long term hurt in Boston, than why not?
I was thinking Arizona, but Drury is OK enough.
It's not like Kinsler is a lifer, he came over from Texas, not like he's got ties there, like Hosmer and Perez and Moose and Gordon in KC.
