I made nearly 160 units last summer. If I come remotely close to that I'll be happy.

That stretch from mid August to mid September absolutly killed me. Thank god I made some decent coin in the playoffs.

Well August is the time to stop. Right after the Allstar break is the time to slow down on bases.

You square.
Time to get you back in camp and train you to make it all about the money.

At the end of the season, the last few weeks. When the teams were making their playoff run, and the RL lines were cashing big time. That will be something to look at this season aswell.
I dont bet to just have action, thats what Im getting at. If there is value and a chance to make money, I will bet on it.

ya, roughly that 2nd week in august. and, that was just about the time the yankees made there huge run. gee, i must be psychic or just had exceptional good timming
I am a big baseball guy and can't wait either. I like to wait a couple weeks into the season before I start getting serious...like to see all the teams go through their pitching rotations at least once. The trick early in the season is to figure out who the suprise team or teams is going to be (White Sox last year) and which of last years good teams are going to suck. After the all star break the trick is to figure out who is going to be the hot team or teams after the break (Astros, A's) and play then consistantly along with the other games your playing.

The first few weeks are a grind it out type time. To see how teams are going to do, and like you said, maybe catch on to a few surprise teams.
But after the allstar break, I usually wrap it up. And spot bet durning the rest of the season, if any.

the first two weeks are always bumpy for me. after those two weeks are over it's smooth sailing til the all-star break
