I finally had a mild winning day yesterday...first since Sunday (10 days ago)...which goes to show how crazy yesterday's results were.
Don't think it was a good day for most on sbr.

Seemed like yesterday's games were a repeat of Mondays except for Detroit. Unfortunately ima STL homer and they ruined my philly/dodger run line parlay.

GL to all today. Like Philly again and maybe jays but that's just a hunch play.

Have you been drinking again??? Wainwright is a "junkballer" now. Hell, you get a hit off him.

I already took Detroit: just a little info I boosted for you:

Nolasco allowed at least four runs in each of his last four starts and was ripped for six home runs in that span. The veteran yielded four runs on four hits – two homers – and three walks over six innings at Cleveland in a no decision on Friday. Nolasco went 5 2/3 innings against Detroit at home on May 1 and was reached for five runs on eight hits without factoring in the decision.

    Hope he continues on.....

Well here's my thinking...flawed or not...I was so close to betting on Cards to win the series vs Rockies (given their recent history)...layed off and told myself to wait it out and see if Cards happen to lose Gm 1 - they did, so now I'm getting not just the series price for -155, but just for them to win 1 game...if they lose, so be it. This is the kind of "value" that people talk about.
With that said, if I didn't think they'd win, I wouldn't bet on them. They're still the Cardinals, who are perennially one of the best home teams and great at bouncing back after a loss.

The only thing I will say, Adam gets a shitload of run support. But other than that, check his stats.....

Yeah, I'm not counting on Waino to clamp down on Rockies, but they usually find a way to win when he starts.
I am definitely not as confident with Cards tonight as I have been in the past...the tendency for Rockies is to put up 5+ runs on the road and then follow up with 3 or less.
This Ruskin guy for Rockies had a 6.50 (Peavy-esque) ERA last year at night, and went 1-7 on the road...looks like he's doing better so far this year.
Perhaps StL is a different (less dominant) home team this season, but over the last few seasons, they rarely lose 2 straight at home, though it's happened vs. Nats a couple weeks ago.

It's because i like to place my wager right before game time, but sometimes I get impatient and plus im at work and don't always have access to my phone. I just hate having so much time to mull things over
