I'd say, just by the criteria given, I'd take Silva over Padilla. Having said that, I'm not touching this or any of the other games listed.

and
Lowry -130 over Sampson

Sampson and Cook are the two I'd choose AC.

Diamondbacks have been playing better than the Rockies so I would take Webb, but the price is WAY too high
