I agree with this one Poventino. Both teams are bad vs lefties. I was a little concerned when the line seemed to move to the over at first when it first came out, so I held off. I missed out on a few line points, but in a game like this it's worth it to err on the side of caution in the long run.

The Cubs melted down yesterday when I didn't want them to. They damn well better melt down today since I need them to!

Here, we go....whom shall the Cubs bring in? How shall they do? Can they get 2 scoreless innings vs the hapless Sox? I don't feel good about it, but hey, anything's possible, it could happen.

Jeez, well ok. Howry has 2 blown saves in his last 4 appearances, but he got through that one.

I guess it's gonna be Dempster for the 9th. Uribe, Hall, Terrero. vs Dempster. Seems like an even match. If MacDougal can deal with the bottom of the Cubs' order, we might have a chance.

That it is. It is weird, it's not like the Sox don't have other guys they could have gone to. It seemed pretty clear MacDougal was having problems. But I guess over the course of the season, the managers just see it all every day, and let guys stay in longer than they would in the post-season. Still, you would think this would be a somewhat more important game for them.

Hi everyone.

I was also on the Under 8 in this game.

Personally I feel that a good part on the blame should be placed on the manager. MacDougal comes in and clearly is out of control, the manager keeps him in for the remaining of the inning and allows him to continue the following inning. Winning the game to say the least prior to MacDougal entering the game.
