I do not. I believe the line reflects Meche's good start and may undervalue the Weave. If there is no value on KC, it sure is hard for me to bet a 9-19 team. Just an opinion.

weaver is 2-0 with a .66 ERA career v KC. Meche is 5-2 v LA but with a 5.38. I am going with LA

Yeah, I have a small lean towards LA. Meche is pretty decent this year, and KC is often undervalued, especially at home, but at this line I like LA.

Weaver is not as good on the road and will probably be more vulnerable in the daytime in his career, but he is still a very good pitcher, and he is "rounding to form" as they say. LA should also have small edges in the lineup and bullpen, so add it all up and I think LA should be a bigger favorite than they are right now.

Meche gives up 1 walk and 1 hit through 5 innings and it's 2-2. Well, at least he should be able to go 8 innings.

I'm rooting for the Angels as I have them on the ML but the Royals have played a much better game thus far. Wish I could honestly say "good luck to you" but I can't on this match. LOL!

KC's better than people think. I actually picked them to finish ahead of the White Sox this year, and I think next year they will have a chance at a winning record. Meche and Greinke are above average, and de la Rosa and Perez have been better than in recent years. If Bannister can emerge as the fifth starter, they'll probably justify my prediction.
They've always had a pretty good lineup. They haven't been scoring a whole lot of runs, but their top 5 hitters are all pretty good, and they are getting nothing out of Alex Gordon, who is destined to be a star in this league. When he starts living up to the hype, the Royals will put together some winning streaks.

Very nice call, sir. I guess the Royals knew something the rest of the league didnt when they ponied up that money for Meche. He's always had a ton of potential.

And I'll keep riding him until he either starts getting some respect from the oddsmakers or he stops pitching like a Cy Young candidate.
