    What hitter burns you the worst?
    I've been thinking about this for a while now, and I have had a couple of batters that just burn me it seems like all the time.

    My choice has to be Chipper Jones.

    This guy just seems to burn me everytime I either need him to make an out or need a hit. It just seems like this guy burns me all the freaking time.

          Marco Scuttaro. I literally can't remember one hit he has had in the roughly five games or so I've been on Oakland, and we won't even go into when he has burned me.

          Gabe Gross would come in second on that list. Dude has to be about the worst hitting right fielder in the majors and got cut from Toronto, and of course the few games I've been against Milwaukee the last couple of years he has gotten probably half of the hits that give him his .200 average.

              Ross Gload would be another. I can't count how many strikeouts and DPs for which he accounted when I take the Royals, but then, the other day, I have under 8.5 in a Royals game, and he hits a 3-run HR to push the game over (after it was 1-1 through 6 innings).

                      Speak of the devil, the Royals get a leadoff single in the second, and Mr. Gload of course grounds into a double play.

                              There was a time last year where I was betting against the Red Sox pretty regularly but I was getting burnt because David Ortiz was regularly coming up with late inning heroics. This is dated but last year I absolutely despised David Ortiz for beating me in every 8th and 9th inning when I was on the opposite side.
