Out to left 10-15 MPH.

Actually MLB.com right now has it as "12 MPH right to left" so it might be more towards out than in, but it's a crosswind as of now, according to MLB.com.

Both these starters are iffy, but 10 is still a high number for these lineups, which have been underachieving. I might take a small shot with the under, I'm not sure yet.
