Why is everyone so big on the Braves?
Braves are 0-7 in Jurrjens' last 7 starts during game 1 of a series while the Marlins are 18-6 in Nolasco's last 24 starts during game 1 of a series. The Marlins are a perfect 8-0 in Nolasco's last 8 starts with 5 days of rest. Marlins as a home underdog?

Atlanta is 4-2 SU in its last 6 games when playing on the road against Florida.

Jurrjens is 3-0, 1.37 in his last three starts.

Every side has trends that support it. Such as, the Braves are 5-0 in their last 5 games against Nolasco. Florida is 2-4 in their last 6 home games. Braves are 3-1 in Jurrjens last 4 starts against the Marlins. Braves are 4-2 in their last 6 games on the road against Florida. On and on...

The key is to identify which trends are more important, and why. I don't like the idea of putting too much emphasis on this stuff though, I prefer using it as a supplement to other info, like pitcher vs batter history, lineup formation, current production/form, etc.
