    question about pitcher change
Has this ever happened? A pitching change is announced and then, at a later time, another change is made back
to the original pitcher. If it would happen, what would be the status of the bets that were contingent on the original
    pitchers?

I noticed that Matchbook, graded a game as no play right away and put the money back into the available balance.
Another site kept the bet as pending until grading for the game was done after the game. It looks like it would be
no play at MB even if a 2nd change back to the original pitcher was made. What about the site that left it as pending
after the change? Would you have a bet if a 2nd change brought back the original pitcher?

It depends on whether the book normally gives refunds immediately after pitching change takes place or keeps play pending until later. If the book already gave the refund when the original pitching change took place, then the bet is considered settled and it would be on you to re-enter the bet if there is a change back to the original starter later. If the play is still pending when the second change is made back to the original starter, then the play stands since the pitcher you specified did indeed start.
