NO. That guy "Banker" told me weeks ago, and he lives in STL, They start games all the time full well knowing they will be halted by weather. He claims they have been doing it for years in an attempt to screw with the other pitcher. They did it ,two weeks ago when David Price was in town.
. Kind of funny both times I watched their games when they did this, both times the game was halted in the first inning, strange, isn't it??? I never knew it was up to the HOME team to start a game or not, I always thought the umpires controlled the game. But, that is only true AFTER the game has started. My son looked it up in the rule book. STUPID RULE if you ask me.
