I've only been right twice in six games now on this series, so I'm hesitant to even make a guess. Not to mention the weather could be a factor. It's easy to think the Cardinals can score 4+ against Perez, and Suppan has always been a bit of an enigma.

No matter who wins it, the pitching matchup for Game 1 of the World Series is going to strongly favor the Tigers unless Jim Leyland names himself Detroit's initial hurler.

We like the over preliminarily, although with only a small edge. We're going to hold off on the bet until later to check for weather changes and line movement.

I think this game is a toss up, it could go either way. Suppans either really good or completely opposite. I do think Oliver will be giving up at least three runs though, so the over is probably the safer bet in my opinion.

I bet over 9.5 Suppans era is two runs higher on the road and StL should hit Perez tonight.
