I wonder how generous Loewen will be toward his roommate's team tomorrow. Tempting, hit O's on Friday and Twins today, so that's been a good series for me.

A big hug for Russ Ortiz, thought my bet on the Twins team total was a shoe in after 4 runs after 3 innings, then stranded runner after runner, but good ole Russ comes in and serves one up to Nevin

Anybody taking a shot with Weaver tonight against Houston? I played +185 earlier for 2 units.

I'm passing on that, just cheering for Arizona to beat the Dodgers, because (A) I hate them and (B) I would love to see the Phillies make the playoffs.

Jeez, nice play there by Weaver with Clemens the next batter up.

Yeah, you could always see that coming when Lidge stepped up to the mound. Now let the bullpen do their worst.

Lidge seems to devalue himself with each outing. Why the Astros didn't trade him is beyond me.

What gets me the most about that situation, was the owner told the GM to trade him before the all-star break. I think thats the first time we have seem an owner not getting his way.

Refs/Umps decide another critical game. Becoming the standard in American sports nowadays.

yep, that cost the cardinals now, because they just hit a 3 run shot.
