Pinnacle is currently showing the following lines:

Series:
HOU -190
STL 173

Assuming Pinnacle takes equal vig on both dog and faves and that Houston loses game 6, these lines would imply a 39.774% chance of Houston winning game 7.

Pinnacle is also showing the following line:

Astros Win Series 4-3:
YES 285
NO -325

This, taken with the game 6 odds above, would imply a 42.582% probability of a Houston victory in game 7.

So, if "the whole world knows Cards win game 7", no one seems to have remembered to tell Pinnacle.

Not sure I completely know what you mean by this but if you're implying that you believe that Houston's chances of winning Game 7 should it go that far are considerably below 39.774%, then it seems to me then you have a fantastic value play:

Houston to win Game 6
-and-
Cards to win the series
