Aaron Rowand done for the year

after Rowand broke his ankle last night the reports are saying he will be out for the rest of the regular season.

this is the type of injury that could just crush the phillies for any thoughts they might have had to get that wild card spot this year. not only is Rowand a good player on the field, but he's one of there heart and soul type players in their clubhouse as well.

Too bad, even though I don't really like the Philthies too much. I like the way Rowand plays. Kid just hasn't had too good of luck in a Philly uniform so far.

Tough break for the Phillies. Rowand really is a true gamer.

I bet he is wishing he could of stayed in Chicago somehow. He has been a walking bruise since joining the Phillies.

I like his all out play, I hope this injury dont hold him back once he gets healthy again.
