We will play against Derek Lowe, who has inferior numbers compared to his mound opponent, Jeff Francis.
Take the Colorado Rockies Francis' ERA is 3.55 and his WHIP is 1.17, and over his last 3 starts, his
numbers improve to 1.50 ERA and 0.70 WHIP.

Lowe has won just 8 of 23 starts vs. division rivals, and LA has a losing
record vs. lefties this year.

Take the Rockies.

I also like the Rockies here. Jeff Francis has been lights out lately going deep in his starts with a low whip and era. The Rockies have also had luck hitting Lowe this season. The Dodgers streak will end tonight.
