I already do this sometime but I do take into accoun the opponent.

thanks a lot Bulldog (I'm actually gonna tweak it a bit (good advice, btw, see below)

The first day of this new experiement of mine worked well, going 3-1 (+2.72 units). Going to count this as one unit each just to keep it a s simple.

I may also play up to -110 if I feel one side has a definate "edge' in the pitching matchup, while I may also not play a + number on a given pitcher if I feel the pitching matchup advantage lies on the chalk pitcher (kind of a "use your own discretion type deal)

Good job ego, yeah Id say day 1 was pretty succesful.
I went 2-0 in support of your experiment.
Kazmir shut me up cause I thought the Sox lineup was gonna be too much for him and of course Smoltzie, youre never gonna see me betting against the Braves man, Im a big fan.
But good for you, 3-1, lets see whats un deck for today.

Hey guys, took the 4th of July off and forgot to post these last night... had Suppan and Colon last night (Colon was as good as Suppan was bad last night.).. 1-1 (+.22)

Overall 4-2 (+2.96)

Thursday's experiment:

Cleveland +101 (Lee) The Unit is no longer domiannt, so taking a good pitcher in Lee as a slight home doggie.

Chicago Cubs +162 (Maddux) Cubs stink and Maddux has struggled mightily after a hot April, but +162 on the 1st ballot HOF is mighty tasty

Today Im right behind you with Maddux. It looks like a nice pick.
Dont like Cleveland.
Im probably taking Ponson (hardy a great pitcher, I know) but a nice pick imo.
