Question: I'm looking for a set of starting pitcher ratings which can make a line similar to what StatFox does on their page. For example, today Statfox had in the Washington/Toronto game that the line should be Halladay @ -177. I'm looking for a set of pitchers ratings where you can calculate that or if it is already made up for you as it is on Statfox.
Just curious if anyone uses starting pitcher ratings from another source.
