I think the odds are correct - Nalbandian is a far better player than Roddick or Blake, and especially will crush Tsonga's second serve. Another major difference from those two: Nalby actually has a backhand (and a ferocious one at that).
Basically, I see this as the same Nalbandian as this time last year, when he completely massacred Nadal in Madrid, then beat Djokovic and Federer to win the title, then went to Paris and won it too (Nadal 6-4 6-0 in the final). That's how well he's playing, and Tsonga simply isn't at that level.

Nalby hasn't turned up - this is the useless form he has most of the year.
If he wakes up and starts playing as against Murray/Del Potro, he'll win. No sign of it so far, with no pace on the groundstrokes, those double faults, no read on returns at all, no pace on first serve etc.

Oh well, little improvement from Nalby, he basically can't hit groundstrokes with any penetration today. Changed tactics though, is trying to frustrate Tsonga and lure him into errors.
Awesome serving from Tsonga (17 aces in two sets), but the rest of his game is getting wobblier as time goes.
