Why in the hell did you have to retire in the third set, now I just lost a huge parlay cause of your weak ass.

Doesn't a retirement cancel that bet? If you bet on him, he was about to get broken and lose the third set and the match anyway.

Yeah true. Apparently if the match completes at least two sets the even if someone retires then it counts...

No, it depends on the book. Many books completely void retirements regardless of when it takes place. He was the last leg in a parlay for me so he was voided and the parlay was recalculated at the new odds.

I've said it a few times in my thread and I believe it to be true: If you're going to bet tennis even somewhat regularly, find a book that voids retirements. You don't have to use them all the time but when it comes to parlays, it sucks ass to lose the whole thing because someone is injured or just quits. It's hard as it is to win parlays - but losing the whole thing because of something that can be avoided is awful. And yeah, there may be a time when you win the parlay because someone retired but I honestly think it's just Murphy's Law that you'll lose it more times than not.
Just my 2 cents of course

Thats why its best to do handicaps in parlays so if the player retires its voids the bet.

Like I believe with that match you could have taken Falla +4 or Andjuar -4 either way it would have been voided since he got njured and the match wasn't completed they can save you money a lot of times.
