New to tennis betting.....what's the point spread?

ie. Roger Federer is -5 (-105). I'm guessing that means games (ie. 6-2, 6-3 would equal 12-5, meaning he won by 7, therefore covering the 'spread')?

Sorry if it's a stupid question but I've only bet on ML's in tennis
