Toughest US Open Of All Times
From Round 1 to now almost every fukkin match was a battle no matter what the seeds were, many close sets and long games, top players advancing but had to work very hard all the time.

bro some of the seeds in this tournament have been a joke. Soderling and Nadal fukkin crusing into the quarters. Some good matches but there have been better in my opinion. I just can't wait for the Fed Nadal final

I agree. To me the men have actually been quite boring so far to the point where I end up turning some of the matches off and that's so unlike me. And other than Murray getting knocked out, there's been nothing of any significance that's happened to this point. There were of course a few people who had pinned their hopes on Fish or Roddick but that was just lunacy and now 6 of the 8 players in the quarters are seeded within the top 10 with the other 2 in the top 25 without any crowd support.

Women have been much more exciting in my opinion. At least they've been throwing up some great matches from time to time. Men have just been grinding it out, heading to tiebreaks once in a while and that's about it. No challenge to Fed or Nadal at all so far although I do agree that Nadal and Djoko's road here has definitely been a gift from the ATP gods.

Nadal had to play fukkin perfect to win many matches

Last night looked easy but he played an unreal match

Playing him is like playing a computer right now

A few points here and there and many of these matches go 5 sets

                        Tennis wipeouts are 6-2-6-2 6-0

Doesn't make it any easier after finding out that there is this little 'clique' in the tennis forum who share plays with each other thru PM and e-mail and post complete bullshit in the actual forum itself.

Ddon't think 'you people' are fooling anyone cuz el Serbie knows exactly what you're doing.

I don't wanna name names cause I don't wanna blame the wrong person by mistake, but ya'll know who you are.

Newbs to the tennis forum, take heed to my words, cause I'm not a deceiving little cunt like most of the people around here.

Fade this forum and fade it hard...

I highly doubt there is anyone that is posting fake plays in their thread. I don't think anyone cares enough about anyone else on here to try to screw them over in any way. There is a group of people including myself when I can, who pop into Chat - a public place where anyone can see what you're talking about mind you - and discuss plays if they happen to be able to meet up at the same time. And so they should. Do I want to flood my thread with an opinion of every single match on the board, especially in the earlier rounds when there is a heap of matches and I most likely won't play them anyway? No. Do I want to be able to discuss something quickly without having to stop and answer questions that have already been answered - ie "Shari are you on Schiavone?" which if someone stops being so bloody lazy and looks 6 posts up they can see where I've already said that I am? Yes.

You need to get off the conspiracy theories. While I'm sure they're fun and all, in this case there's nothing to it. In my case, my strongest plays of the day get posted - hence the thread title. I'm pretty sure no one is posting false plays in other threads as well. If they are, I'm not aware of it.

And JJ, the lack of records in the tennis forum could have more to do with the fact that there is also a lack of ego. I have said 1000 times in my thread that I'm not trying to hold myself up as a good capper and I don't want to carry the burden of people betting beyond their means on my plays. I have a thread, which was only intended to be a one or two day thing during one specific tournament, for fun. Now it's grown to a place where various people post their plays and come during a particularly exciting match to give a play by play and discuss bets with each other. That's all. Not looking for any accolades here and in fact, there are times that thread is much more grief and consumes more of my time - again repeatedly answering the same questions or taking flack for posting a losing play - than it actually is worth.

SRBI most people do not track records because they would be embarrassed what their real record is and of course would in red and their Posting friends would realize they do not win like they claim and are not really good handicappers.
