new haven...20% chance of rain thru 4pm..But a shit ton of wind..gusting over 20mph..Dont know how this will affect certain players,but i guess if you knew their tendancies well you might find an edge..
Can tennis matches be capped easier with wind difficulties?

Yeah, it's a constant drizzle here in Brooklyn and I can't imagine that NH is any different since weather systems essentially move from here in a north easterly pattern (directly towards the central CT coast). I wouldn't expect any play out of there.
